How to: I Can’t see my Facebook or Instagram Page in the selection menu
Troubleshooting
Not seeing your Facebook or Instagram Page can be confusing. Follow these steps to fix it right away:
1. Go into the "Connect Platforms" tab
2. Tap on Disconnect over the Facebook connector
3. Now tap on Connect, as soon as you do a pop-up will show up.
4. Then tap the "Edit previous Settings" option at the Facebook connect pop-up.
5. If you tap on 'Opt in to current Businesses/Pages' you will be able to see all of the available pages and accounts you have access to on your account.
6. Select any and all pages or accounts you want to connect.
You are ready to go! If the issue persists, you most likely need to claim ownership of your page on the Meta Business settings.
