How can I activate my ad account?

For activating your Facebook Ad Account you must follow this requirements:

• The ad account must belong to a business account in order to activate it in the Meta business manager.
• Only people with full control of the business account can reactivate advertising accounts belonging to that company.
• Only closed advertising accounts can be reactivated.
• If your advertising account has been disabled, you may be required to pay an outstanding balance. If you do not have an outstanding balance, you can appeal a disabled account by completing this form.

Step by step on how to activate the account:

1. Go to your Business Manager
2. Click Business Settings in the left sidebar.
3. Click Accounts.
4. Click Advertising accounts.
5. Click the Filter by… drop-down menu and select Own.
6. Turn the Hide closed ad accounts option on or off.
7. Click on the closed ad account you want to reactivate.
   Note: If you recently closed your account, it may not have been closed yet. Click Cancel deactivation to cancel the action.
8. Click Activate.
9. Click Activate once again to confirm that you want to activate the closed ad account.
10. Click Done.

    
    

The ad account that was closed should now be active and ready to serve ads.
